MT. HART OREGON
Mount Hart, a BLM (Bureau of Land Management) property in eastern Oregon. A little bit of a drive off the asphalt, but a great spot for an extended soak. With a 14 day limit on camping it makes for a great long weekend commune with nature. The springs are atop Mt Hart with it alkali soil was great. Camping was free. BLM provides a vault  toilet. Bring everything you need when camping here including plenty of drinking water as you are a 45 min - hour to the nearest store

Visitors and the BLM staff do a great job keeping the area clean. Please, if you use this spring, LEAVE THE SPRING CLEANER THAN YOU FOUND IT!
